Important notice for solarZero customers

Verofi Ltd has for some time been the Standby Servicer for the owners of the solarZero contracts that are not affected by the liquidation of solarZero companies.

On 26 November 2024, prior to the appointment of liquidators, Public Trust, as trustee of the trusts that own the systems, removed the solarZero companies from servicing or managing the contracts. 

The standby arrangement was activated and Verofi Limited was appointed as replacement servicer or manager of the contacts. Public Trust, as trustee, owns the solar systems and electricity supply contracts and the Companies that have the obligations to you under the contracts.  Verofi Limited servives or manages those contracts for the owners.

Verofi limited has established a subsidiary, SZ Servicing Limited, to keep this work separate from its other business.

If you have a query regarding your contract or you require service for your solarZero system, please continue to use the previous contacts – they remain operational for all solarZero contracts and systems.
