(b) Public Trustee as trustee of SolarZero Residential Warehouse Trust (as assignee of the rights, title and interest in and to the Energy Services Agreement and the Energy Hardware) (Owner) and SolarZero Contract Servicer Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand with company number 8873315 as the transferee of the obligations to be performed under the Energy Services Agreement), (Service Contractor)
